TERMS & CONDITIONS
The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. If we hold our own ATOL and a number is shown under the ATOL logo, then some of the holidays shown may be covered by our own ATOL license. We also act as agents for licensed tour operators; the relevant ATOL number will be provided for each holiday booked.
The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made immediately to the airline.
ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
As Travel and Booking Agents we act only as Agents for the Principals actually providing the relevant services and we shall not be liable for any act or default on the part of any such Principle or its Agents or Servants. Passengers are booked and/or tickets and coupons are issued or obtained by us subject to the conditions regulations and terms of the Carriers and/or Principals concerned.
PRIVACY POLICY FOR BUSINESS FLIGHT CLUB LTD
The Privacy Policy below governs any information you provide on this site.
Business Flight Club Ltd collects personally identifiable information about you that you voluntarily and specifically provide. Personally identifiable information includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, phone number, or email address. Personal identifiable information is needed process and fulfils travel requests. When you use the site's "Get a Free Quote" facilities we will collect data that will personally identify you ("User Data"). We will only use the User Data to: (a) contact you and provide you with information (as requested by you); and (b) deal with any other matters arising as a result of that request. (c) follow up in the future for further travel requirements.
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, any special needs/dietary requirements etc. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as your airlines, hotels, transport companies, ticket suppliers, attraction owners, etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration (if required or requested) by them, or as required by law. Additionally, where your flights or holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not pass any information onto any person nor company that is not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. (If the case that we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, (whether in the EEA or not), we cannot provide your booking unless you permit us to. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons/organisations.)
TRAVEL PURCHASE INFORMATION
Business Flight Club Ltd collects the billing address of the credit/debit card that is used to purchase travel. We will also collect credit/debit card information including card number, card type, issuing bank, cardholder name, valid from date, expiry date and issue number, the information we collect depends on the card type, in order to bill you for travel purchased through Business Flight Club Ltd. We do not store nor intend to store financial details that you voluntarily and specifically provide.
We will not disclose the User Data outside Business Flight Club Ltd except as necessary to deal with matters arising from your use of the site and your request(s) with us, or in the event that we are required to do so: (a) by court order or other legal/regulatory requirement; or (b) in order to protect our rights/property or those of our clients and/or their employees.
Subject to the provisions of applicable law and for a small fee you may obtain copy(ies) of the User Data (if any) we hold about you by contacting us via the site's "contact us" facility.
You have a choice of communications from us - by email, telephone or mobile. We take the security of our client's information very seriously. We use leading technological and security measures (electronic, physical and procedural) to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your Customer Information through collection, storage and disclosure. Such measures include maintaining a secure encryption based transmission system, intrusion detection and prevention software and virus protection software in respect of Customer Information. We will not sell the User Data to anyone, but, for the avoidance of doubt, the User Data may be transferred to a future purchaser of Business Flight Club Ltd, all or part of the Business Flight Club Ltd and/or all or some of its assets
Additionally, if you wish to delete, deactivate or amend the User Data, or find out what User Data (if any) we are holding about you, please contact us via the site's "contact us" facility.
You Agree: by using this site you consent to Business Flight Club Ltd holding, processing and transferring (both inside and outside the EEA) the User Data as necessary for us to provide you with and enable you to use the site and for the purposes referred to above.

OUR DELIVERY PROMISE
Once you have made a booking with Business Flight Club Limited, we will e-mail you your e-ticket numbers and confirmed itinerary within 24 hours of taking payment. We will also provide you with an airline reference so you are able to check in online and check your seats etc. directly with the airline's website in the case of flights. If you have booked any ground arrangements i.e. hotels/car hire you will receive a voucher from us 8 weeks prior to departure either by e-mail and/or direct mail.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS / REFUNDS
It is important that you are fully aware of the cancellation and administrative charges relating to your contract with Business Flight Club Ltd. Every contract is looked at individually as the circumstances surrounding cancellations and refunds vary greatly and also vary depending on the agreement sold.
The following general conditions are as simple as the complex matter permits.
Should you for any reason have to cancel your booking, the person making the original arrangements must provide us with written notice of cancellation as soon as possible. We will require the written notice at least 3 working days prior to departure of your travel arrangement. Amendments before and/or after departure depend on the terms and conditions sold, please confirm at the time of booking.
All tickets are non-refundable, non-endorseable unless stated otherwise.
It is the responsibility of the travelling passengers to ensure that they have all the required and valid Visas, Passports and other travel documentation to travel to or via the countries they will be visiting. We recommend that you re-confirm all flights directly with your airlines at least 72 hours prior to departure. Special requests are not guaranteed and should be requested at every stage of your journey.
In certain cases cancellation charges, if incurred involuntarily, will be covered by your travel Insurance, this should taken out by you at the time of booking, this is strongly recommended. |
